  I've done my math and here is the solution to our foreclosure market guys.

     Refinance all currently distressed properties at current market value and at current market rate and agree to take a percent of the net profit from any sale on the home that decreases every year with a cap at 10%.



How many "Skulking Homeowners" would go for that
